FIDE Chessable Academy Resumes on January 13, 2024
The FIDE Trainers’ Commission proudly announces the resumption of the FIDE Chessable Academy on Saturday, January 13, 2024.
The FIDE Chessable Academy program is an essential component of young talent development, providing every federation with equal access to top-level training with outstanding world-class trainers for their most talented youth, and further motivational activities for the most dedicated ones from the pool of talent.
Twelve diverse groups, led by world-renowned coaches, will conduct sessions in four languages: English, Russian, Spanish, and French, extending until May. Personal development training is a pivotal component of this comprehensive project.
The FIDE Chessable In-person Training Camp is scheduled in Menorca from March 27 to April 2, followed by the third edition of the Menorca International Chess Open. Selection for the camp, determined by the end of February, will be based on criteria, with class attendance being the foremost consideration.
For more information and updates, please follow the announcements on the FIDE Trainers’ Commission website.
For registration, invitations will be sent to all federations to nominate their players.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Chessable for their generous sponsorship and continued investment of resources and time. Their contributions have played a significant role in our shared success in developing chess talent worldwide.
